What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, project type, budget, preferred date, location and message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if you hire us, to plan and deliver the project. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form.
Who sees it
The Velaris team and the email provider that delivers the message to us. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@velaris.example. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
